This years lunch is a little different to past events. It will take place in a Bar setting, and and the tables will no be on round tables, but a more relaxed Pub setting. Should you wish to book more than 8 tickets at any one time, you will be on mixed tales and not individual tables.
This gathering serves a dual purpose: facilitating meaningful connections among industry peers and raising crucial funds for the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund (IGBF).
About IGBF: The Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund is a nationally registered charity committed to supporting individuals in the retail, wholesale, and supplier trade sectors. Our core objective is to provide financial assistance to those who have dedicated themselves to these trade sectors and are currently facing challenging circumstances.

WHEN AND WHERE?
DATES: Wednesday 18th & Thursday 19th June 2025
ROUTE: (Day 1) Athlone to Spanish Point Co. Clare (Overnight in Spanish Point)
(Day 2) Spanish Point to Athlone – Return journey is a different route.
(Overnight and BBQ in Hodson Bay Hotel Athlone)
HOW WILL THE CYCLE WORK?
Industry colleagues will proudly cycle 300 km over 2 Days to raise much needed funds for the IGBF.
We are asking companies to support the event by entering cyclists.
If you can’t enter a cyclist, please pledge your donation and Hotel Solutions DMC will send you an invoice with the IGBF Bank Details for payment.
PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO 30 CYCLISTS SO BOOK EARLY!!
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE AN IGBF CYCLING JERSEY
